CORPORATE TRAINING VIDEO

There is nothing as effective as learning while you're being entertained! Here are two examples of how we've helped companies change culture, behaviour and understanding through corporate training videos.

1. CHEP Europe's initiative to create an accident free culture needed a powerful tool to spearhead their ZERO HARM campaign. Many in the company simply couldn't believe that an accident free culture was attainable.

We began by telling the story of how Formula One was forced to embrace safety after the tragic deaths of Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna. Illustrated with archive footage and 3D animation, it showed that if a highly dangerous sport can change its culture, then CHEP employees can do so too. The F1 story was juxtaposed with factory sequences and interviews from the CEO down to the newest starter to open up a candid debate about the challenges ahead. Versions were produced in 6 languages

2. In our corporate training video for H+S AVIATION, we explained the complexities of product liability and negligence laws to staff who repair and service aircraft engines. The aim was to turn difficult legal concepts into compelling stories that would ensure all employees fully understood their commitment to users of the aircraft engines they service.

We opened with a shocking sequence of United Airlines flight 232 crash-landing at Sioux City, Iowa, killing 112 and the legal battle that ensued. We then explained the origin of product liability law by reconstructing the moment in a Scottish cafe that gave rise to the famous Donoghue v Stevenson 'Paisley Snail' case. And to hammer home the damage to the company that a lawsuit could have, we told the fictional story of a plane whose engines had been serviced by H+S that is lost over the North Sea.
