RECRUITMENT VIDEO PRODUCTION
Recruiting the right staff is often more about attracting the right staff in the first place.
PROCTER & GAMBLE commissioned us to produce a recruitment video to attract 16 - 25 year-olds to apply for positions as trainee technicians. This age group is notoriously difficult to reach, so we had a challenge ahead of us. We chose an approach driven by music, short sound bites, no commentary, just key phrases conveyed in animated text. To symbolise the potential for recruits to rise through the company, we used dramatic footage of a Saturn V Launch provided by the NASA film archives. Three young people who were already working as technicians gave us interviews and the result, a fast moving nine minutes that 'sells' a career at P&G in a highly visual and entertaining format.
P&G display the video on large plasma screens at recruitment fairs, schools, colleges and company open-days and it's the centerpiece of their recruitment drive for young technicians.
This is the second recruitment video we have produced for P&G. The first was a motivational video that introduced new ideas and methods of working to the workforce.
